Privacy at HTNTOOLS

HTNTOOLS uses your email address and authentication provider identity to create and secure your account. We store your membership status and app-specific device records so you can use up to two PCs.

Information we process

Account email, Supabase user ID, membership status, device display name, a one-way app-specific device hash, registration dates, and last-seen dates. HTNTOOLS does not require your IP address as a device lock and does not read game memory.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, enforce the device limit, provide downloads, restore account access, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

Service providers

Supabase provides account authentication and database services. Google is used only when you choose Google sign-in. Cloudflare hosts the website and may process normal network logs.

Your choices

You can remove registered PCs in the account dashboard. For account deletion or a copy of your account data, contact HTNTOOLS through the official Discord support channel until the dedicated support mailbox is published.

Security and retention

Access is protected with row-level database rules. Records are kept while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, and operational purposes.

This policy will be updated before payments, subscriptions, or additional analytics are introduced.
